1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
Welcome to G-Hubs ("we", "us"). By accessing, browsing, or using the g-hubs.com website, related APIs, or the G-Hubs New Tab browser extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.
2. Accounts and Security
You may sign in via email or supported third-party providers (such as GitHub / Google). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account access. G-Hubs is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach.
3. Website Catalog and User Submissions
G-Hubs allows users to recommend websites and post reviews. By submitting content, you warrant that the content is lawful, accurate, does not infringe third-party intellectual property or legal rights, and contains no malware, fraudulent, or illegal material. We reserve the right to review, edit, recategorize, or remove any catalog entry at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform UI designs, brand assets, and proprietary code are owned by G-Hubs. Third-party website names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, and links cataloged on G-Hubs belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification and navigation. Following external links takes you outside G-Hubs, and third-party sites operate under their own independent terms and policies.
5. Browser Extension and Local Storage
The G-Hubs browser extension operates on a local-first basis, storing homepage configurations in your browser (IndexedDB and Storage) by default. The extension requests only permissions necessary for its intended functions. When cloud sync is enabled, configurations are securely transmitted to our servers and synchronized across your devices.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G-Hubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Modifications and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material modifications will be accompanied by reasonable notice within the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
